I cannot guarantee that the ingredients I use are entirely allergen free, should you require specific dietary measures to be taken in the preparation of your cake, please detail this when you put in a an order or contact me via the 'contact' page. I am not liable for any issues that come from my cakes being consumed if I have not been informed in advance of what dietary requirements you have. As such it is vital that if you, or anyone eating any of the food in your order, has any dietary issues you inform me in advance.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATION:

Three full working days of notice will be required for any order at the point of purchase the full cost of your order will be charged using your chosen payment method as a 100% deposit. You are free to cancel your order at any point however, late cancellations may lead to me being unable to issue a full refund. If you request a cancellation of a preset cake option within 48 hours of your preselected delivery date then I will only be able to issue a 50% refund.

If you place an order for a custom cake order, unfortunately only a 25% will not be available if you choose to cancel your order from 60 hours prior to the pre-decided delivery date as for custom cakes production would have already begun. If I am unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason I will notify you of this via e-mail and issue a full refund.
